Chemical Composite Hose
Chemical Composite Hoses are recommended for:
Loading and offloading of chemicals and chemical products from road tankers and rail cars including 98% Sulphuric Acid. The hose is also recommended for in-plant use where an extremely flexible hose is required.
Liner:
Multiple plies of polypropylene film.
Reinforcing:
Multiple plies of woven polypropylene fabric with an inner Stainless Steel AISI Grd 316 wire helix and outer galvanized wire helix.
Cover:
Black anti-static, reinforced PVC with green spiral ID stripe.
Recommended Temperature Range:
-10 °C to + 60 °C.
Standard Length:
Up to 10 meter lengths. Longer lengths available on request.
End fitting:
Various fittings, such as threaded or unthreaded swage nipples, flanges and a wide range of quick couplings. End fittings are crimped into the hose. Composite hoses are not supplied unfitted.
