Our Slurry Hose Range
Dredger hose
Truco supplies all the major dredge mining operations in Africa with high-quality, heavy-duty dredge hoses. These hoses are available with a variety of innerwear liners and liner thicknesses, depending on the dredging conditions. The dredger hoses are designed to limit elongation and dilation from 0% to 2% under required working pressure.
Suction & Delivery Hose
A multipurpose hard wall hose for both suction and delivery of weak acids, alkalis, slurry and water, etc. Incorporating a high tensile wire helix embedded into the carcass of the hose preventing the hose from kinking.
Pulp and Slurry Hose
Truco pulp and slurry hoses are available in hard wall and soft wall and are manufactured to withstand suction and delivery of typical materials such as coal, copper, iron, phosphate concentrates, limestone, lead, zinc, nickel, bauxite and mineral sands. Truco’s large-diameter pulp and slurry hoses are constructed with UV and weather-resistant outer covers.
Monitor Gun Hose
Up to 40 Bar WP Double flanged for high-end loads. Humps for external abrasion resistance. High tensile strength.
Rubber Reducer
Rubber reducers for applications that require a hose or distance piece to be reduced from one size on a pipeline to a smaller size on the other side.
Self Floating Hose
Specifically manufactured for applications whereby a self-floating hose is required in a dredging or tailings dam application. This hose allows for floatation without additional hose floats. High-density foam does not allow for water permeability however this allows for absorption of impact.
Rubber Hose Bends
Hose bends are designed for sharper bend radius applications created by limited space. The correct liner and pressure rating, with an additional liner on the outer arc, can cost-effectively increase the bend’s lifespan. These high-performance hose bends are used extensively in mining, and marine applications throughout Africa, including South Africa.
Truco distributes hoses internationally.
