Rubber Lining

Truco is one of the largest distributors of industrial rubber lining in Africa. Our comprehensive range includes abrasion-resistant Trucotex, Trucoline and Trucotuff, as well as T36 premium latex.

All provide appropriate abrasion resistance for pipes, chutes, cyclones, skirts and scrapers, as well as providing wear protection for exterior surfaces where required.

Trucotex®

  • Pure NR

Trucoline®

  • High NR content
  • Good abrasion resistance
  • For chutes, pipes, cyclones, skirts & scrapers

Trucotuff®

  • Silica reinforced NR/SBR blend
  • For heavy-duty applications like screen decks, chutes & transfer points
  • Excellence resistance to cutting/slashing by dry, sharp-edged particles
  • Smooth finish
  • Hardness IRHD:70

  • Premium Latex Rubber
  • Exceptional abrasion resistance for fine material in wet abrasion
  • For chutes/pipes/cyclones/skirts/scrapers
  • Smooth / buffed finish
