Lightweight Petroleum Composite Hose
Lightweight composite hoses are ideal for offloading of petroleum and petroleum products from road tankers and rail cars, where a light weight and/or extremely flexible hose is required.
Liner:
Multiple plies of polypropylene film.
Reinforcing:
Multiple plies of woven polypropylene fabric with an inner high strain aluminium, and outer galvanised wire helix
Cover:
Black anti-static, reinforced PVC with Yellow spiral ID stripe
Recommended Temperature Range:
-10°C to + 60°C
Standard Length:
Up to 10 meter lengths with longer lengths available on request.
End fitting:
Various fittings, such as threaded or unthreaded swage nipples, flanges and a wide range of quick couplings. End fittings are crimped into the hose. Composite hoses are not supplied unfitted.
