Flanged Bellows
Flanged bellows, also known as rubber compensator bellows, provide flexibility in pipelines and facilitate movement within pipes without damaging or cracking the system.
Truco’s vibration- and noise-reducing flanged bellows are rubber-reinforced with a synthetic polyester cord and are compression moulded to the highest levels of accuracy and safety – providing you with a durable, abrasion-resistant rubber bellow.

Tie-rods available for high-movement pipelines
Truco provides tie-rods to control the compression and the extension of the rubber flanged bellow in a pipeline.
Tie-rods are threaded and fitted with 2 triangular gusset plates that are drilled to match the Pitch Circle Diameter (PCD) of the bellows’ flanges.
Tie-rods are used in applications where there is vigorous pipe movement present and stability is required.
